Mat Pilates is a practice focused on improving coordination, strength, balance, and posture through a targeted series of full-body exercises.

In Matwork Pilates, take it back to where it began with flowing exercises completed on a mat, using your body weight as resistance.

Since the exercises can build in difficulty or be modified to be easier, Matwork Pilates is suitable for beginner students up to advanced practitioners.

Reformer Pilates is a challenging workout that targets all muscle groups, leaving you feeling strong, empowered, and deeply connected to your body. Experience the power of working against spring resistance as you sculpt and tone your muscles, enhancing both your physical appearance and inner confidence. With each movement, you will improve your posture, flexibility, and overall mind-body connection, creating a harmonious balance within yourself.

Stretch & Align is all about fluidity geared to open and strengthen the entire body.  You will increase your flexibility and put your mind at ease while you follow your breath through flowing sequences.  You will be sure to leave this class feeling strong, mobile and energized.  All levels welcome.

Pilates Circuit is designed to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability by engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Each station of the circuit utilizes a different piece of equipment, allowing for a varied and engaging workout that targets different areas of the body. In this class, you will move through the different stations, performing a series of exercises that incorporate each piece of equipment, with an emphasis on proper form, technique and progressions. The Pilates Circuit suitable for all fitness levels.
